Invoicing designed for companies

Every direct booking comes with an invoice compliant with applicable law, paid by bank transfer, with no platform commission. We are preparing for French e-invoicing (2026-2027 reform) so your accounting department receives invoices in the expected format.

One suitable contract, one invoice

For assignments lasting several weeks, the company books the apartment directly and receives a single invoice. We use the framework suited to the arrangement: an accommodation agreement when services are included, or a Civil Code lease when the company rents the home for its employees. A mobility lease is used only when legally applicable.

Each apartment hosts up to four employees, each with a private bedroom, double bed and desk. A cost-effective alternative to four hotel rooms, with an equipped kitchen and laundry.
