This policy describes how Leman Immobilier (SARL with variable capital, SIRET 898 724 083 00016, Brest, France), hereafter "we", collects and processes your personal data when you use this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide to us and the data strictly necessary for audience measurement:

  • Contact form: name, email address, company, message.
  • Booking form: name, email address, phone number (optional), dates and details of your stay.
  • Audience measurement (only with your consent): pages viewed, device and browser type, browsing data collected by Google Analytics.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your contact requests (legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
  • Processing your booking requests and managing your stay (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract).
  • Measuring website audience in order to improve it (legal basis: your consent).

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to measure its audience. The associated cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set after you give your consent through the banner displayed on your first visit. They have a maximum lifespan of 13 months.

Your choice (acceptance or refusal) is stored for 6 months. You can change it at any time by clicking "Manage cookies" at the bottom of the page. If you refuse, no audience measurement cookie is set and any existing cookies are deleted.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold or rented. It is only accessible to us and to the following processors:

  • Formspree, Inc. (United States): delivery of the messages sent through our forms. Transfers outside the European Union are governed by standard contractual clauses.
  • Google Ireland Ltd (Ireland): audience measurement through Google Analytics (with your consent) and loading of Google Fonts, which involves transmitting your IP address to Google.
  • Our hosting provider, located in France, which stores the website files.

Retention periods

  • Contact messages: 2 years after the last exchange.
  • Booking and invoicing data: 10 years, in accordance with legal accounting obligations.
  • Audience measurement data: 14 months maximum.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to the processing of and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact form; we will reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Security and changes

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and the website is served over HTTPS.
